Literacy Specialist

Alice is an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher and Reading Lead at a large primary school in York. She passionately believes that all children should leave primary school as fluent, confident readers who develop a life long love of reading. She has a proven track record of improving outcomes for pupils at key stage 2 as well as empowering staff within her own school, and other settings, to deliver high quality and engaging reading lessons.

• Teaching whole class reading using high quality, well chosen texts.
