A year-long CPD programme for reading leaders and Key Stage 2 phase leaders, designed to support the implementation of research-informed strategies that develop fluency through a whole-class reading approach. The programme empowers leaders to initiate and sustain meaningful curriculum change, with the ultimate goal of improving pupils’ reading accuracy, prosody, and comprehension.
