Throughout the morning there will be opportunities to network, share best practice and sign up to additional English Hub support.

Showcase aims:

• Understand how to prepare for an Early Reading Deep Dive Expertise and first hand experience will be shared to support you in preparing for Ofsted.

• Gain knowledge in implementing an Systematic, Synthetic Phonics (SSP) Programme with rigour and fidelity

Graduated English Hub Partner Schools will share case studies on ‘The Journey to Reading Success’, identifying practical strategies to support you in developing your own early reading offer.

• Explore English Hub support offers

We will explain ways your school can access Literacy Specialist support and financial support to improve early reading outcomes.

• Discuss and share effective Reading Environments

We will share expertise on how to promote a love of reading for your pupils, staff and wider communities through creating ‘social reading environments’.

• Strategically Action Plan

Working with an English Hub Literacy Specialist, you will be able to develop and update your school’s reading action plan.

• Explore Local Partner Offers

Find out about other offers and support available to your school from the Priority Investment Area, Teaching School Hubs and the National Literacy Trust.
